I’m Justin Kraft, and I’m proud to say I grew up right here in Arvada, Colorado. As a Pomona High School graduate, I was immersed in the town’s strong athletic culture from an early age. My high school years were filled with wrestling, football, and track, where I learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. These experiences laid the foundation for my love of fitness and my desire to help others reach their full potential.
My journey didn’t stop at high school athletics. I went on to compete in physique competitions, which fueled my understanding of nutrition, muscle growth, and peak performance. Running more than 50 races and earning a black belt in Tang Soo Do taught me about the importance of versatility in training, while the snowboarding and surfing adventures gave me a sense of balance and adaptability. These experiences have given me a comprehensive approach to fitness, one that caters to all skill levels and goals.
